Sunrise / Sunset Tables
Generate sunrise and sunset times for your AO by month — the foundational data for all light-sensitive operations.

Every security, movement, and agricultural decision has a light component. Patrols planned around civil twilight operate with a fundamentally different risk profile than midnight patrols. Planting decisions depend on daylight hours, not just temperature. Document your location's sunrise and sunset times by month and note the civil twilight windows — the 30 minutes before sunrise and after sunset when there is usable natural light but no direct sun.

Moon Phase Calendar
Document the lunar calendar for your planning horizon — phase, moonrise, moonset, and operational implications.

The moon is your primary natural light source for night operations. A full moon provides enough light for movement without artificial illumination — and enough light for observers to see movement. A new moon provides excellent concealment for movement but requires night vision or artificial light for navigation. Plan sensitive movement and resupply operations around moon phases — match the light level to the mission requirement.

Seasonal Weather Profile
Document your AO's seasonal weather patterns — temperature ranges, precipitation, prevailing winds, and extreme weather seasons.

Your AO has a weather signature that experienced locals know and newcomers learn slowly. Document it here: when does the ground freeze? (affects cache emplacement) when do roads flood or become impassable? (affects movement planning) when is fire risk highest? when are ice storms most likely? This section connects to GHOST ROUTE (route viability by season) and HARVEST (growing season definition).

Agricultural Calendar
Build a month-by-month agricultural calendar for your AO — integrated with HARVEST planting data.

An agricultural calendar for your specific AO combines USDA zone data, elevation adjustments, and local knowledge that no national chart provides. Document first frost, last frost, soil workability dates, optimal planting windows by crop family, harvest windows, and seed saving windows. Note local anomalies — microclimates, frost pockets, late-season warm spells — that affect timing for your specific location.

Foraging Calendar
Document wild food sources available in your AO by species and season — identification, location, harvest window, and preparation.

Wild food knowledge extends your food production capability significantly in a long disruption. Document what grows in your AO, when it's available, how to identify it confidently, and how to prepare it. Include: spring greens and roots, summer berries and mushrooms, fall nuts and late-season fruits, winter bark teas and evergreen sources. Link to HARVEST for an integrated food production picture. Never include anything you cannot identify with certainty.
