04ROLES & ASSIGNMENTS
Assign primary and secondary operational roles to each group member. Roles should align with skills proficiency from the matrix.
Primary roles define the member's main operational function. Secondary roles provide backup coverage. Assign based on skills — the matrix in Module 03 should guide these decisions.

05COMMS PROFILE
Radio callsigns, frequencies, and communications capability per member. This data links directly to WATCHMAN // COMMS MATRIX.

06TRAINING GAPS
Identifies critical skill gaps across your group and allows you to document training priorities and remediation plans for each member.

07WATCH ROTATION
Build a duty schedule with fatigue tracking, skill-gated positions, and availability management. Personnel data is pulled directly from your roster.
A — PERSONNEL AVAILABILITY
Set each member's current status before generating. Active = eligible for assignment. Standby = available as last resort only. Unavailable = excluded entirely (injury, off-site, etc).

B — DUTY POSITIONS
Define each position that needs to be staffed. Assign a duty type and optional skill requirement — only qualified members will be scheduled for that slot.
